Ingredients
2 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla Cookies shake mix
2 scoops vanilla-flavored Protein Drink Mix (PDM)
1 cup water
3-5 ice cubes
Preparation method
Mix the liquid, powder and the remaining ingredients.
You can add a few ice cubes.
You can blend in a blender.
